Paya is a plateua above Seri. The view is breath taking as on one side there are the Black Mountains of Kaghan Valley and the other side gives you a view of Makra Peak. One can also hike all the way to Makra Peak.
This visit is possible from Shogran. Best time to visit is early in the morning, as during peak tourist season, the place will become jam packed with visitors.
